Fineron 10 (Finerenone 10 mg) is a prescription medicine used to help reduce the risk of kidney and cardiovascular complications in adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) associated with type 2 diabetes. Finerenone is a non-steroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist (MRA) that helps reduce inflammation and fibrosis in the kidneys and heart.
