Sotakras 120 (Sotorasib) is an oral targeted anti-cancer medicine containing sotorasib, a KRAS G12C inhibitor that blocks abnormal KRAS signaling involved in cancer cell growth and survival. It is used primarily for the treatment of KRAS G12C mutation-positive locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in patients who have received prior systemic therapy. Sotakras 120 contains 120 mg of sotorasib and is supplied in a 56-tablet pack.
