Larotrectinib is a treatment for solid cancers that have a neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene change. You might have larotrectinib for a solid cancer if: your cancer is locally advanced or advanced (metastatic) surgery to remove the cancer could cause severe health problems.
Solid Tumors
Indicated for adults and pediatric patients with solid tumors that have a neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene fusion without a known acquired resistance mutation, are metastatic or where surgical resection is likely to result in severe morbidity, and have no alternative treatments or have progressed following treatment 100 mg PO BID Continue until disease progression or until unacceptable toxicityDosage Modifications
