Osikin 80 (Osimertinib) is an oral targeted anti-cancer medicine containing osimertinib, a third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It works by blocking abnormal EGFR signaling that promotes the growth and spread of cancer cells. It is primarily used for the treatment of EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including certain patients with locally advanced or metastatic disease.
