Trifluxen 15 mg/6.14 mg is an oral chemotherapy tablet containing trifluridine 15 mg + tipiracil 6.14 mg. It is used mainly to treat metastatic colorectal cancer and advanced/metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer, usually after other treatments have been tried. Trifluridine inhibits cancer-cell growth, while tipiracil helps maintain trifluridine’s activity in the body.
