MAILISHU (Denosumab) is a medicine containing denosumab as its active ingredient. Denosumab is a monoclonal antibody that binds to and inhibits RANKL, a protein involved in the formation and activity of osteoclasts.
Indications: Denosumab is used for certain bone-related conditions, including reducing the risk of fractures in patients with osteoporosis and preventing skeletal-related complications in some patients with cancer affecting the bones. Specific indications depend on the dosage and approved product labeling.
Dosage form: Solution for subcutaneous injection, typically supplied in a pre-filled syringe or vial, depending on the product.
