Ventoxen 10 mg is an oral anticancer medicine manufactured by Everest Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Bangladesh. Each film-coated tablet contains Venetoclax 10 mg, a selective B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) inhibitor that works by restoring the process of programmed cell death in malignant cells. It is used in the treatment of certain patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and, in combination with other anticancer medicines, for certain newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. The 10 mg strength is also used as part of the dose-escalation/ramp-up regimen to help reduce the risk of tumor lysis syndrome.
